This game was created for a College in the U.S.

 

Some questions have to do with consequences. At this college, penalties for plagiarism can include failing an assignment or course, an uncomfortable talk with the teacher or admin or even expulsion. There is no fine or prohibition for using the library.

There is also a question about patch writing - that's taking bits and pieces from different sources without using your own thoughts.
